What is coaching?
Coaching is for people who want to get results. The purpose of it is to help you to get to where you want to be. It?s a vehicle for analysis, reflection and action to enable you to achieve success in one or more areas of your life or work. Coaching is not counselling or therapy, although some of the underlying theories and models will be common. Neither is it advice-in-disguise.
How does it work?
Our coaches use a variety of tools and techniques to help you to identify what you really want and to help you to create your own solutions and action plans. Coaching involves you working together with your coach over three to six sessions (or more if you wish), face to face, on the telephone, by email or a combination. Together you’ll explore your motivations, aspirations, capabilities and thinking processes, so that you can achieve your goals and make real and lasting changes to your life. You will find coaching a stretching but also an enjoyable and rewarding experience.
